Compactness and igienic requirements is demanded in the branch of Frozen & Ice Creams but with specific solutions dedicated to product stacking before packaging.
Here we refer mainly to cups, tubs and sleve carton boxes.

Sauces scope is focused on SRP (shelf ready packagings), bottle shapes and their orientation on the shelves.
The challenge is faced again with dedicated secondary packagings that are required to be used as transport mean to the selling point first and, afterwards, with marketing function to highligth the product and its label on the shelves.
Handling of the product needs specific care because often it is represented by oval squeezable bottles which involves feeding by lane dividers and, most of the time, it is positioned on the shelf upside-down standing on the cap.

HEINZ BÉNÉDICTA
Thanks to the extreme flexibility and ergonomics of its end-of-line solutions, Prasmatic has recently concluded an important project for the Heinz-Bénédicta Group.
We know well that Preserved food is the market where flexibility is required at a very high level both in terms of range of product size and packagings type.
For this reasons the machine choice falls most of the times on a Combi model which is extending the secondary packaging possibilities to film, carton or to both.
In this context it’s also recommended to equip our machines with automatic changeovers which is the best solution for time saving, accuracy and repeatability.

CONSERVE ITALIA
The collaboration between Robopac and Conserve Italia is historical, with actions mainly targeted at the French plants and Pomposa plant - one of the largest food factories in Italy - and aimed at the replacement of individual machines. In 2017 Robopac carried out a more complex project, which was the integration of a TC500 CW for glass bottles containing tomato puree to the already existing line.
The range of solutions dedicated to the Pet-Food industry comprise all the end of line technologies starting from secondary packaging machines (tray-packers, carton packers, shrink-wrap packers and combi solutions), palletizing, stretch-wrapping and internal logistics making us the ideal partner for this industry.
Furthermore, our range of packers can handle both rigid packaging (cans, tins, tubs, etc.) bags and flow packs with solutions for medium and high speed.

NORSK KYLLING
The supply request concerned 15 Sotemapack automatic packaging machines of the Wrap Around WA20 series.
